Opportunities to get involved

Service users, patients and carers participate in a wide range of activities at the Trust. Examples include:

• Participation in Induction Training for New Staff.  
• Appointing clinical and board Level Trust staff.  
• Participation in a range of staff training.
• Improving information for service users and carers.
• Setting quality objectives.
• Being members of research teams.
• Initiating a new peer specialist working group.
• Appointing the Chief Executive.
