All adult inpatient services operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a week

What functions/treatment and therapies are offered?

Adult inpatient services offer acute care for people who have mental health needs, and are over the age of 18, including assessment of need, joint planning and therapeutic treatment.

The aim of all staff is to stabilise people's health needs and enable people to return back to their own home's where they will be supported by Community services in their own familiar surroundings.

Who will I see?

All services have multi-disciplinary teams made up of; Registered nurses; Consultant Psychiatrists; Clinical Psychologists; Mental Health Support Workers, Occupational Therapists and other clinical staff.

Depending on where you live you will access different services.
