We support and treat people in local centres and via community teams. We offer in-depth assessment, and treatment is always built around the individual, which includes education and group or individual therapy. We also provide many useful activities such as: vocational training; social, leisure and healthy lifestyle activities; daily living skills; community skills training; and Clozaril clinics.
We work closely with local Community Mental Health Teams and Assertive Outreach teams to ensure continuity of care.
The service offers recovery support for people with mental ill health needs in South and East Dorset
The team is made up of Nurses and Support Time Recovery Workers
