Our Community Mental Health Nurse (CMHN) works alongside all the homeless agencies in Bournemouth to help provide needs led care including an assessment of your mental Health; to provide a seamless onreach service e.g. Outpatient Appointments with Psychiatrist. If you do not meet the criteria the CMHN will signpost you to other support services to help meet your needs. The CMHN also supports the Voluntary sector, Volunteers, Churches and other Statutory Agencies, Probation, Police, Social Care and works closely with the housing department of Bournemouth Council
Those who are rough sleeping including on the street, tents, squats, cars, those who are homeless or pending homelessness and who are showing signs and symptoms of mental illness, personality disorder/difficulties, dual diagnosis or mental health with addictions.
