Helpline Opening Times: Weekdays 9am - 5pm.

Clients can self refer via telephone, email or website.

What functions/treatment and therapies are offered?

Support is available in both individual and group settings across Bournemouth and Poole, each lasting for up to 12 weeks.  Weekly attendance is promted initially to give the best chance of succeeding.
