Inclusion and Wellbeing Calendar 2025
Inclusion and wellbeing go hand in hand. Everybody’s wellbeing is important, and it’s everybody’s business. Your personal wellbeing and that of your team impact each other. We also recognise that our strength is drawn from our diverse perspectives. We all have a collective responsibility in creating a compassionate, inclusive and healthy culture where everyone who works here feels valued, heard and empowered.
Our Inclusion and Wellbeing Calendar will help raise awareness of the variety of celebration days, weeks and months and religious festivals that take place throughout the year. This tool will help us celebrate our differences as sources of strength and learn more about our colleagues’ and patients’ experiences.
We have shared the areas of focus for 2025 to help you plan ahead with various events and activities that you and your teams might like to join in with.
