Join your local NHS hospital team

An open day at the Yeatman Hospital in Sherborne this month will showcase the many job roles available there which make such a difference to the local community.

Taking place on Wednesday, 19 October from 10am-2pm, the day will provide information about vacancies on offer within the site’s nursing, healthcare and facilities teams.

Visitors will also be able to have a tour of the Dorset HealthCare-run hospital, as well talk to staff and discover what it is like to work for the NHS Trust.

There will be the chance to apply for roles on the day and talk to the relevant team about your career development.

“Please come and visit our friendly team on our recruitment open day. See for yourself the difference we make to our local patients and the roles available.

“We are looking forward to showing people what we do here and hope to encourage those in the local community to join our compassionate and hardworking team. We support each other to ensure we put our patients at the heart of everything we do, and pride ourselves on the outstanding care we provide.

“There are lots of opportunities to grow and develop personally and professionally within the roles that we have available, so just come along any time between 10am-2pm.”

It’s completely free to pop into the hospital, on Hospital Lane (DT9 3JU), on the day and there is no need to book.
