Dorset HealthCare, like all NHS Trusts, produces an annual Quality Account which describes and reports on improvements to the quality of our services in the previous year. While we strive to improve quality in all our services, the Quality Account has to include at least three priorities, one in each of the following domains of quality:
• Patient Safety
• Clinical Effectiveness
• Patient Experience
2018/19 Quality Priorities and indicators
We'd like to find out what you feel about our choice of priorities for each domain over the coming year, and whether the indicators for each priority are suitable. Please complete this survey by 14 March let us know what you think.
