Home First – online events for care providers

In January, we are hosting a series of webinars about the Home First programme, and what it means for Dorset’s care home, domiciliary care and specialist care providers.

You will be able to:

• hear how the hospital discharge pathway has changed
• find out how health and social care staff can work with you
• learn about the initial experiences of local care providers
• ask questions and feed back any issues you are facing.

The events will run for around an hour each, and dates will be announced shortly.
