About our Clean Team vacancies

Cleaning staff are the lifeblood of the NHS, keeping hospitals, health centres, offices and other areas clean and hygienic. We are looking for cleaners to support our frontline staff - making a difference by cleaning our community hospitals in Dorset and helping provide the best possible facilities for patients.

A bit more about joining the Clean Team: 

  • We are looking for people who have the right values and want to make a difference
  • Full training and support will be provided, although cleaning experience is preferred (but not essential)

  • Opportunity to join a basic digital skills training course, with topics including how to operate a computer, using email, navigating our online systems, and support in accessing further training courses
