We know that if our staff are feeling valued, have access to excellent career and development opportunities and are well looked after, they will be able to deliver outstanding care for our patients and service users.

Post-pandemic, there’s lots to do to help our hardworking fantastic teams recover, refocus and re-energise after a challenging couple of years.

We’re building on a strong foundation which has seen us transform the way we support our people, introducing new ways of working and bringing a much stronger focus on wellbeing and resilience.

We’ve now reshaped the directorate to help us provide the best possible people services for our outstanding (CQC, 2019) community and mental health trust. This has provided a range of new opportunities for ambitious people professionals looking to develop their career in a supportive, high-performing team.

We want to ensure our teams are in the best possible shape to achieve our ambitious strategic workforce aims - that’s why we've reorganised our directorate and created a number of new and exciting roles to ensure we have the dedicated knowledge and expertise we need.
