Community Rehabilitation Team – East /West Dorset

Who do we work with:

We work with adults (18 years and over) with a complex psychosis, who  are experiencing a serious/severe/persistent mental illness such as schizophrenia and schizo-affective disorders, bi-polar disorder.

Who are we and what do we do:

We are a multi disciplinary team which includes support from mental health nursing, Occupations Therapists, clinical psychologists, Support recovery workers, admin and psychiatrists.

We offer intensive community based interventions, supporting individuals to shape their future through choice and opportunity to enhance their quality of life.
