Register of interests
In accordance with guidance from NHS England, senior managers and officers in certain categories at our Trust are required to make declare any conflicts of interest to ensure transparency and accountability. View our Declarations of Interests Register.
Compliance with the ‘Eliminating Mixed Sex Accommodation’ programme
We are compliant with the Government’s requirement to eliminate mixed-sex accommodation, except when it is in the patient’s overall best interest or reflects their personal choice. Read our declaration of compliance on mixed sex accommodation.

Freedom to Speak Up
Freedom to Speak Up is an internal Trust service for NHS workers. This includes governors, volunteers, temporary staff, students and contractors.
It's designed to support employees to raise concerns about anything that gets in the way of them doing a great job, when they feel that they are unable to raise concerns through their own line management.
Dorset HealthCare has two Freedom to Speak Up Guardians:

- Kyoko Monk - Deputy Guardian
