Freedom to Speak Up

Freedom to Speak Up is an internal Trust service for NHS workers. This includes governors, volunteers, temporary staff, students and contractors.

It's designed to support employees to raise concerns about anything that gets in the way of them doing a great job, when they feel that they are unable to raise concerns through their own line management.

Dorset HealthCare has two Freedom to Speak Up Guardians:

  • Anne Hiscock - Lead Guardian
  • Kyoko Monk - Deputy Guardian

Contact the Guardians via dhc.freedomtospeakup@nhs.net
