A video montage of four patients that use the Homeless Health Service, now known as the Rough Sleeper Homeless Health Service Dorset.

It shares their experience with the service and how it has helped them. The service does not normally receive feedback due its service users, so highlights its excellent care and service that is provided.

Dorset Work Matters supported the patient by helping him find employment and supported a change in career path.

He was allocated employment specialists and support workers to help him navigate job applications and secure interviews. The patient was given the tools to identify what roles suit his needs and skillset.

When he successfully secured employment, the service provided continued care through the initial stages of his new role.
