What we do
Diabetes is a serious condition that can impact on quality of life. Our core services are giving advice and support to people newly-diagnosed with diabetes, and helping those further into their diabetes journey who may need refresher education or more tailored one to one input. Our aim is to help you manage your diabetes.
We deliver education and clinics both virtually and in person at various locations around Poole, Bournemouth, and the Purbecks.
If you or your loved one would like to access our diabetes service, please speak to your GP, practice nurse or other healthcare professional.
All the diabetes specialist dietitians in the department are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and are qualified to degree level or above.
