Steps2Wellbeing phone number changing

The Dorset Steps2Wellbeing telephone number is changing to 0800 484 0500.

Steps2Wellbeing is a free, NHS mental wellbeing service run by Dorset HealthCare offering talking therapies, online courses, and self-help for mild to moderate anxiety and depression. Referrals can be made either by patients or professionals online or over the phone.

From 24 November there will be one, freephone telephone number for all patients in Dorset. Redirection of existing telephone numbers will be in place for some time, so you will still be able to reach us.
