Dementia services review

The Dementia Services Review (DSR) was a co-produced process in Dorset led by NHS Dorset. The CCG's review group explored models of care, support, treatment and service provision for people living with dementia and their carers in consultation with a broad range of people who are affected by dementia (professionals, community resources and service-users).
