How to fit an ankle foot orthoses
Instructional video on fitting ankle foot orthoses (AFO) to yourself or someone else.
We recommend that you wear a long cotton sock that is close fitting, to avoid any wrinkles but not tight so that it leaves marks. AFOs should only be worn with footwear and never on their own.
