This section is for GPs and other Healthcare Professionals seeking information regarding how to make referrals to our Services and also to provide input as to how we can improve our delivery.

We provide a range of community hospital, community based services, integrated and specialist mental health, prison and learning disability services across Dorset, Bournemouth and Poole. We aim to work closely with referrers to provide a smooth transfer for patients needing these services.
