This service provides support for people with memory problems or dementia and their carers.

8.30 am - 4.30 pm - Monday to Friday

How can I refer?

Referrals to this service are made by health professionals, carers and people who think they have memory impairment, by telephone or fax to a central contact number.  The service will also provide a drop in facility at Memory Cafes, where individuals do not need an appointment to discuss any memory related issues with a memory Advisor.

The support provided by this service includes information, stimulation, coping strategies and advice and education.

Memory Cafes are available 3 days a week.

Do you have information for Carers?

Carers assessments and information packs are available.

One-to-one advice is also available if required.

Where, when and how often are the clinics?

The Memory Cafes are held 3 times a week, 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm.
