Story of our Gender Pay Gap

We fully support the equality of opportunity and recognise that further work is needed to achieve this. Progress has been made since 2021 with a decrease in the pay gap by 2.41% from 8.69% on 31 March 2021 to 6.28% as of 31 March 2022. Female staff are represented in many senior positions, but we acknowledge there are still significant gaps.

  • Continue to develop a values proposition for the employee life cycle
  • Continue the commitment to supporting the Women’s Staff Network in empowering female colleagues
  • Continue the Trust’s commitment to an equitable workforce
  • Continue equitable access to Trust leadership learning and development opportunities
  • Progress the deeper analysis of the data to better understand the drivers for the pay gap.
