Steps2Wellbeing can help you if you would like to self refer and access professional support to help you to manage these feelings.  

Stepping Into Nature is a Dorset project which aims to help people to feel happier by connecting to nature. 

Being active can help if you are feeling low.  There are activities you can take part in on the Dorset Council website.  

LiveWell Dorset can support you through free advice and coaching, if you would like to become more active, lose weight, quit smoking or drink less alcohol. You can talk to them on 0800 840 1628

My Health My Way is a support service that can help you develop the confidence, knowledge and skills to improve your own health and wellbeing. This is a free local service provided by the NHS. The service aims to support people with long- term health conditions and carers to feel more confident self-managing on a day-to-day basis. Self-management coaches work with you to help you feel confident about managing your health and its impact on your day to day life. This could be through face to face sessions, group workshops or telephone coaching. Link workers can help you connect to your local community; through signposting and linking you to local services.

Your GP surgery may have a link worker who can signpost you to local activities and groups to support your wellbeing.  Contact your GP practice for more information.
