Why do you want to be a governor?

To help put right , the few bad things that are wrong with a once amazing organisation. 
 

What skills do you feel you could bring to the role?

I had worked for the NHS for most of my working life. I am now retired and see things differently as a patient. Unfortunately not always good. I was only a HCA, but I dealed with lots of incidents, that managers and high band nurses never would have. I have worked on the wards for many years, in 3 different hospitals, then MIU for my last 7 years. I have worked with some amazing people, and some not as nice. I have seen many changes over the last 30 years. And know a lot more changes are still needed. This I would like to be a small part of.
