Returning a hearing aid

Hearing aids are NHS property and it’s helpful if you return them if they are no longer being used, as we can often recondition them.  

If you don’t need your hearing aids anymore, please return them to us by post to either:

• Audiology Service, 11 Shelley Road, Boscombe, Dorset, BH1 4JQ or
• Audiology Service, Ground Floor, Park Centre, Weymouth Community Hospital, Melcombe Avenue, Weymouth, DT4 7TB

You can also hand them in at your GP surgery and they’ll send them onto us in the internal mail.
