Help with your diabetes management during the COVID-19 outbreak

Do you have diabetes and need some help with your diabetes management?

Our diabetes service is offering a new communication channel to help patients during the COVID-19 outbreak.

This new service is an attempt to cut out 'the middle-man' (GPs and nurses) so patients can get help and advice, quicker and more efficiently, while relieving pressure on primary care.

If you need help to manage your blood sugar levels, or have worries about your diabetes management, you can contact us for advice directly at 01305 363057 or at dhc.dsn@nhs.net

The email address and answerphone are both attended days a week and answered by a diabetes specialist nurse.

Our diabetes specialist nurses are here to help.
