Care Opinion

Care Opinion logo.jpgDorset HealthCare has teamed up with independent website Care Opinion to make it easy for you to share experiences in your own words in a way which is safe, simple and anonymous.

Dorset HealthCare, alongside the palliative care services at Forest Holme Hospice, Lewis Manning Hospice Care and Poole Hospital, is working on a new project focusing on making it easier for patients, and their families and friends, to share their experiences, from which we can learn, celebrate excellent practice and support each other to improve our services.

Patients, and their families or friends, can share their story - giving feedback on what was good and/or what could have been better or perhaps didn’t work for them.

In turn, we can respond to your stories directly. This more personalised approach has been shown to have a positive impact for both patients, their families and staff as well as having the potential to bring about change to improve the services for all.

Your story matters.

We’re listening and ready to learn and engage with you to improve our services for all. To find out more and to share your story please visit the Care Opinion website or simply fill in the form below.
