How health apps and smartphones can help improve physical health

We are gathering views on the possible use of health apps and smartphones to help improve physical health.

If you are a young adult aged 16-30, and are currently receiving treatment for a mental health condition, we want to hear from you.

Your input, opinions and experience will be valuable in helping us to explore new ways of improving physical health for people in youth mental healthcare.

The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. Please mention ‘Dorset HealthCare’ when asked how you heard about the survey.

Living well with Long COVID

If you are registered with Steps2Wellbeing, a five-week online course entitled ‘Living well with Long COVID’ is available to you.

The course is aimed at those who are struggling with symptoms of Long COVID and experiencing low mood and anxiety. It will include support for fatigue and breathlessness. For more information on the course and how to refer, please watch this short video.
