What you can expect from the Employment Advice Service:

Once your therapist has referred you, one of our Employment Advisors will contact you within a week to arrange a suitable time and date for a telephone assessment to examine your employment needs. In this assessment you will be asked what your goals are regarding your employment and what we as a service can do to support you. We can support unemployed people to help them find a job. We can also work with people who are in work but off sick and need some support to go back to work. We also support people who are at work but coping with work place stress.
We will offer you up to 6 sessions of support and can offer face to face appointments, depending on your needs and requirements. We will signpost you or refer you if necessary to another service if together we feel, our service may not be suitable to meet your needs.

We can help clients learn new tools and strategies to manage their work place stress and plan some SMART goals for their future.
