Dorset Mind provides 1-2-1 and group peer wellbeing support, information and resources for young people aged 11-25 years old.
Young Minds can help you to understand more about how you're feeling and find ways to feel better, or hep you to support someone who's struggling.
The Mix provides support for young people under 25 on sex, relationships, drugs, mental health, money & jobs. – Call 0808 808 4994 or Text THEMIX to 85258.
Childline Toolbox however you are feeling –you can take your mind off your worries and find ways to cope with tools, games and ways to get creative and let your feelings out.

Relate You might be experiencing problems at school, issues with your parents or generally not feeling like yourself. Counselling lets you talk about how you feel, separate from school and home life and can help you get back to enjoying life.

Sexual health and relationships
Sexual Health Dorset is the free contraception and sexual health service for all ages, provided by Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust.
Over the Rainbow Bournemouth is an NHS Initiative for the local Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, and Asexual (LGBTQIA+) community in Bournemouth, Weymouth and Dorset. They offer information for individuals and their families.
